S.N.A.P. After-School Enrichment
A Purposeful Finish to the School Day
For students in Grades 2–6
Our After-School Enrichment Program provides a structured, two-hour learning experience that strengthens reading, writing, critical thinking, and independent learning. Students engage in focused instruction, guided practice, collaboration, and reflection. Snacks are provided.
Who It Serves and Program Structure
For students in Grades 2–6. Families select one, two, or three recurring days per week. Each selected day is the complete 4:00–6:00 p.m. program, not an individual 40- or 50-minute appointment.
This is small-group academic enrichment. It is not childcare, a transportation service, or full homeschool curriculum delivery.

Registration and first month
The family completes registration and pays the first month’s tuition. Only then is the recurring place confirmed.
A submitted request is not a confirmed place. Enrollment is confirmed after placement approval, completed registration and first-month payment.
Monthly Billing and Attendance
Tuition is a fixed monthly amount based on the approved one-, two-, or three-day or three-session package and the published instructional calendar.
The first month’s tuition is due after placement approval to secure the spot. Ongoing tuition is due on the first of each month. The monthly rate stays the same in four- and five-week months, because it is based on the program calendar rather than a per-visit charge.
Parent-reported absences do not automatically generate refunds or credits. Makeup sessions may be offered when available, but are not guaranteed. Planned holidays and closures appear on the published calendar. If S.N.A.P. Academy cancels a scheduled session outside that calendar, a makeup or an appropriate credit is offered.
Requests to change days or time slots require approval and depend on space. Families should give 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date to withdraw. Recurring automatic payments require explicit parent authorization, and complete fees and terms are provided before any payment.

By enrolling a student, parents and guardians agree to follow our program, payment, safety, attendance and pickup policies. You will be asked to review and accept them during registration.

How long does my child attend?
Each selected day runs from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday.
Are snacks included?
Yes. Snacks are provided; families share relevant allergy information during enrollment.
Is transportation available?
Transportation is not provided. Families arrange drop-off and pickup.
How is tuition paid?
Tuition is billed monthly based on the selected recurring package and the published program calendar.
Does requesting a spot guarantee enrollment?
No. Enrollment is confirmed after placement approval, completed registration, and first-month payment.
Will parents receive updates?
Yes. Families receive relevant communication about student learning and progress.
